2.1 Deflector Hood & Flow-guiding Liners

The deflector hood incorporates flow-guiding liners to centralize material flow. Material trajectory angles relative to liners are ≤30°, reducing impact energy by 60% and extending service life by 2.3x.

2.2 Curved Discharge Chute

The curved discharge chute controls the material flow trajectory and velocity distribution by matching the lower-end inclination angle with the exit velocity, achieving the following objectives:
①Impact and Dust Suppression:
The curved trajectory extends falling time and dissipates material kinetic energy through wall friction (based on energy conservation principles), reducing vertical impact force by 60% (validated by DEM simulation data).
②The horizontal velocity component of material at the exit is controlled to within ≤5% of the receiving belt speed, minimizing dust generation caused by airflow shear effects.
③Anti-Blocking Design:
The chute's inclination angle exceeds the material’s angle of repose, ensuring "convergent flow" to prevent particle arching.

2.3 StructureIII: Sealed Guide Chute
A high-temperature resistant, wear-resistant, and weather-resistant
microporous controlled-breathability elastic sealing composite material is
employed. Its microporous structure permits airflow while blocking dust
particles. This design balances internal and external air pressure within the
guide chute, suppresses high-speed airflow formation, reduces internal airflow
velocity, and accelerates dust settlement via gravity. Simultaneously, the
elastic material adapts to lateral belt displacement to prevent sealing
failure.

2.4 Structure IV: Expansion Zone and Damping Curtain
When the dust-laden airflow passes through
the expansion zone, its flow velocity decreases, triggering turbulence. The
damping curtain, composed of flexible curtain flaps, forces abrupt changes in
airflow direction, enhancing local vortex intensity. Within the dust-laden
airflow:Large particles undergo inertial collision, coalescence, and
settlement;Small particles migrate toward the wall surfaces under the
centrifugal force of vortices, ultimately falling back onto the receiving belt
due to wall deposition and gravity.

2.5 Structure V: Return Flow Pipe
The return flow pipe connects the discharge chute (low-pressure zone) to the guide chute’s expansion zone (high-pressure zone).
When material falls, high airflow velocity in the discharge chute creates a low-pressure zone;The expansion zone forms a high-pressure zone due to its increased cross-sectional area and sudden drop in airflow velocity;The pressure difference drives dust-laden airflow through the return flow pipe from the expansion zone back to the discharge chute;After the returning airflow meets the airflow within the discharge chute, turbulence intensity increases, promoting dust particle coalescence through inertial collision and electrostatic interaction to form larger particles;These particles detach from the airflow under gravity and settle, ultimately achieving dust suppression.
